Lady Diana and St. Georges is a luxurious resort hotel located in Hakuba Village which is
located in Nagano Prefecture. The hotel’s interior is decorated with British style furniture.
We have various types of guest rooms in our hotel such as duplex style rooms, Japanese
styled rooms and large rooms. In addition a dining
space, the hotel also has a spacious banquet hall.
In addition to a barbecue garden and
a garden where our customers can
experience making hearth-baked pizza,
there are also 10 tennis courts attached
to our facility. There are also plenty of
travel and sports related facilities in the
immediate area such as a gymnasium
and the Hakuba Goryu Alpine Botanical Garden.
The Hakuba Goryu Alpine Botanical Garden turns into a ski resort during the
winter season. During the green season (fall, spring, summer), the botanical
garden is known for being a trekking course where people can easily stroll
around the slope and enjoy the surroundings. You can take time out of your
day and enjoy looking at the rare alpine plants which are indigenous to
Japan. For example, there is Dicentra, which is called the “Queen of the
Alpine Flowers”. This flower can only be seen in high mountain areas.
A flower called Meconopsis also exists in the area. This flower is
nicknamed “the phantom flower”, because it only blooms in a cold
area for a short period of time.
We have facilities in the area around our hotel
where activities that even total beginners to
can peacefully enjoy various sports. The sports
include things such as paragliding, mountain biking and rafting. Rafts can
be road down the Seiryuu/Hime River. You can also ride a Canadian Canoe
through the Aoki Lake which is one of the deepest bodies of water in Nagano
Prefecture. You can even spot fish like the Kokanee jumping out of the water
and waterfowl (water birds) in the area.
Training camps for group and club (activities)
can be held at our hotel; however, families with
children are also more
than welcome to use
our facilities.
